Would Kettlebell Weights Be Useful For Leon Kennedy?

By Rob Sutter

After participating in "Resident Evil 4" yesterday, it's dawned on me just how much Leon Kennedy has to cope with. The main character of the game seems to be burdened - to say the least - not just with a lot of affected zombie-like humans but protecting Ashley, the daughter of the game's president. For the most part, Kennedy does his job well but I think that he could stand to be even sturdier. This is why I recommend the usage of kettlebell weights more than just about anything else.

Being a trained ex-police officer in his own right, Kennedy knows how to support himself. Like any specialist you may think of, he's a good shot with a gun and he will be able to take the fight to just about any supernatural or infected beast that stands in his way. He's also helpful in terms of hand-to-hand combat, being able to shift between the two styles of battle in a seamless way. However, I can't help but feel as though he's routinely met with beings stronger than he is.

One of the more notable villains in the game is Jack Krauser, who was once an acquaintance of Kennedy's as well as his partner. However, during the time of the game, it was learned that he faked his own death and he came back far stronger than he ever was before, thanks to the a deal he had made with the game's true leading antagonist, Albert Wesker. Add in the fact that Krauser is able to mutate so that his arm becomes a deadly blade and it's clear that he is very much a challenge.

It's the level of strength that Kennedy has which can be helped; what could be done to augment it, you may ask wonder? One way that he could be become stronger - and it's the one I recommend - is kettlebell weights. These are the ones which are able to test people and see if they have the capacity to improve, which is what I think just about anyone has if they want it badly enough. Building a more refined body and mindset is what names like Lorna accentuate above all else.

Kennedy proves to be more of the more robust action heroes seen in gaming but he is still very much a human being. He's going to stumble upon mutated creatures of likes of which we can only visualize in the world that we live in today. The issue is that Kennedy only has so much in the way of defense, seeing as how manmade weapons are his only means of guarding himself against such beings. When up against such odds, he could use all of the strength he can rally.
